Speaker Biographies

John Anderson '99, VP, Ecommerce and Mobile, InComm
John Anderson is the VP of Ecommerce and Mobile with InComm, a thirteen billion dollar leader in the prepaid payments market.
At InComm, John leads efforts to enable mobile and ecommerce payment platforms for the world’s largest retailers.   Previously, John was founder/CEO of GroupCard, a leading ecommerce gifting company that was acquired by InComm in 2010. Prior to GroupCard, John held numerous product, payments, and marketing roles at eBay, where his teams led billions of dollars of marketplace growth in new categories and emerging markets.
John serves as an active board member, advisor, investor, with numerous Bay Area startups.
John is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and holds an MS from Cornell (ORIE, 1999) and an MBA from Stanford Business School.

Jeff Fenigstein MBA '01, Serve.com
Jeff Fenigstein has had a diverse career in technology, ecommerce and marketing.  He currently heads Solutions Architecture at American Express for Serve.comServe.com is a next generation payment platform designed to deliver emerging payments and services to address the changing ways consumers interact and exchange money -- with one another -- as well as merchants.
Prior to joining Serve, Jeff was the President of a leading ecommerce company in the health and personal care industry.  Previously, Jeff was the Vice President of Medsite Operations and Marketing at WebMD.  Under Jeff’s leadership, Medsite was awarded Frost and Sullivan’s Customer Value Enhancement Award for the Pharmaceutical Marketing & Advertising Industry.
Jeff earned his MBA at Cornell University where he was a Park Leadership Fellow and is currently a Board Member of Cornell’s Alumni Association. He lives in Berkeley, CA with his wife, 3-year-old daughter and teenage step-son. 

Ken Kruszka '94, EVP, Product and Service Delivery, m-Via
As EVP of Product and Service Delivery, Kenneth Kruszka drives m-Via's strategic product vision and roadmap, as well as their realization through the creation of industry-leading mobile financial products and services. In his role, Ken leads the product management, product development, service delivery, and information technology organizations.
Previously, as co-founder and CEO of m-Via Financial Services, Ken grew the company into an industry-recognized leader in mobile financial services and brought the company to cash-flow positive before leading the sale of m-Via to Clikit Technologies (which subsequently rebranded itself as m-Via).
In addition to Ken's success in leading innovative technology-based financial services initiatives at m-Via, SVC Financial Services, Mellon Capital Management, and Wells Fargo, Ken also brings to his role extensive experience in the development and marketing of products and solutions for the telecommunications, energy, and automotive industries, as well as for the US Department of Defense, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and NASA.
en holds a BS with distinction in Computer Science from Cornell University, an MS in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of San Francisco


Secil Tabli Watson '93, Sr Vice President, Internet and Mobile Banking Services, Wells Fargo
Secil Tabli Watson is a Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo Internet and Mobile Banking Services, responsible for Customer Experience, Money Movement, Mobile Banking and Fraud Prevention and Authentication. Her product management teams manage Bill Pay, transfers and payments products, and mobile banking services including text (short-code 93557 for "Wells"); mobile web banking (wf.com); and downloadable mobile banking applications (wf.com) for consumers and small businesses. They all support the customer promise of convenient, safe and easy access to financial information and transactions. Her Customer Experience team provides customer insights, social web communities and multi channel designs which lead to good customer experiences that create business value. Wells Fargo is an industry leader in fraud protection and security. Protecting Wells Fargo's customers and their information is a top priority – one that Secil and her team take very seriously.
